Anonymously Shop Mortgage Loans

A new website allows mortgage consumers the ability to "chat" live with over one hundred mortgage companies. With the simple click of a button, a consumer can start a live & anonymous chat with any listed mortgage company they choose.

Hermosa Beach, California – October 03, 2006 -- A new website has been designed to offer mortgage consumers the ability to shop mortgage home loans anonymously. LAL Enterprises, Inc. has announced the official launch of www.LoanAgentsLive.com ; a chat based mortgage "shopping mall" with instant live access to over one hundred mortgage companies.

The website is different from typical mortgage websites, because a visitor is actually communicating live with a professional mortgage consultant. One click and the visitor can chat live with a loan consultant from the brokerage of their choice.

When a customer visits LoanAgentsLive.com, they select a state to find lenders licensed to serve them. A link next to each company's display ad indicates whether a loan officer at the brokerage is available to chat.

It appears to be a successful approach as more and more consumers are reluctant to give out their phone numbers and personal information via online applications. Based upon preliminary results from a beta test conducted by LAL Enterprises, Inc., consumers are over 4 times more likely to initiate a chat with a mortgage consultant then fill out an online application.

Chat technology allows consumers the ability to "test the waters" without having to provide their phone number or e-mail address. Consumers also have the option to switch to a phone conversation with the same loan consultant at anytime they wish during a chat.

Offering live chat to mortgage consumers is a newer concept, but some industry giants already have implemented it. According to The Washington Times, live chat helped increase Bank of America's online mortgage sales by 800 percent in the first quarter of this year, compared with one year earlier.

It's good news for Bank of America and their "good credit" customers, but what about other mortgage consumers? Those that can't qualify for a traditional loan or those that what to shop companies and ask around.

According to the President of LAL Enterprises Inc., Aaron Quick, that's what makes LoanAgentsLive.com so unique. Quick stated, "Having the ability to shop, ask, and get answers from multiple mortgage companies offering all types of mortgage loans and services, all on one site, live and anonymously; that's what makes us appealing to consumers."

To ensure the safety of visitors to the website all chats are done over a secure server.

Mortgage Trends: The Power of Mortgage Chat?

Banks & mortgage brokerage firms are originating more loans by "chatting" with borrowers.

Hermosa Beach, California – December 12, 2006 – Once again, technology is reshaping the way we access, gather & use important information. According to mortgage industry analysts, online mortgage chat is the latest venture among banks and mortgage brokerage firms to keep up with online consumers.

Chat interfaces on bank & mortgage company websites allow consumers the ability to access real live loan consultants almost anytime they wish. It seems to be more convenient than filling out online mortgage applications, and it seems to be working.

Although industry wide results are not available at this time, many mortgage companies and banks have already reported exciting results with their mortgage chat programs. E*TRADE Mortgage has reported higher customer satisfaction scores and an increase in new mortgage loan sales from higher application rates by consumers who chatted with a mortgage representative.

According to The Washington Times, live chat helped increase Bank of America's online mortgage sales by 800 percent in the first quarter of this year, compared with one year earlier. The bank's online mortgage chat now operates with more than 100 employees.

Citigroup has also implemented chat and reports that a customer is four times more likely to start a home-equity loan application with the use of live chat. The company has also noticed better customer satisfaction rates among those customers who used their mortgage chat service.

In 2002 Wells Fargo & Co. was one of the first to offer live mortgage chat to consumers. Today, Wells Fargo's customer service agents are fully trained for online chat help. Other companies, like Countrywide offer chat on their company websites and also outsource some of their mortgage chat efforts.

The first company specializing in mortgage chat with multiple lenders is LAL Enterprises Inc. Their domain, www.LoanAgentsLive.com allows borrowers the ability to chat with multiple banks and mortgage brokerage firms on one website. Visitors to the website remain anonymous and have free unlimited use to chat with as many lenders as they wish.

According to LAL Enterprises, Inc., mortgage consumers are at least four times more likely to chat with a loan consultant then fill out an online application. Launched earlier this year, LoanAgentsLive.com has already begun the process of patenting its business model and is currently seeking additional investors to expand its services into the insurance and automobile industries.

It's beginning to become apparent that online chat is becoming big business. How big? It's hard to tell, but if early results from the mortgage industry are any indication this could be fun to watch.

Record Number of Homeowners in Jeopardy of Losing their Homes

More and more homeowners have stretched themselves too thin and are facing the reality that they may lose their homes.

Hermosa Beach, CA – Oct. 11, 2006. Thousands of homeowners who purchased early in the new millennium are facing tougher times as their low introductory rate mortgages are adjusting. Some industry experts are speculating that more than 30% of homeowners who financed their homes with Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM's) in the early 2000's will soon face an increased mortgage payment that they won't be able to pay.

This could force hundreds of thousands of homeowners nationwide to either refinance their homes into a long term locked rate or try another "tricky" adjustable rate loan to avoid foreclosure. Thousands more could be forced from their homes as Lenders begin foreclosing on properties because of missed mortgage payments.

The affects are already starting to show. A recent RealtyTrac survey reported that 115,292 properties went into foreclosure in the month of August, up 53% from last year.

The foreclosure problem is a direct result of irresponsible borrowing and irresponsible lending practices. Creative financing options like ARM's and interest only loans have created opportunities for potential homeowners to purchase bigger, more expensive homes then they truly can afford. Low introductory rates are appealing to consumers, but all too often when the rate adjusts it makes the new payment unaffordable.

Compounding the problem; home values across most of the nation are either stagnant or slowly falling. Having little or no equity in a home can make it virtually impossible to refinance, especially for homeowners who have less than perfect credit. This could leave thousands of homeowners with only one choice - come up with the money or foreclose.

If you have questions or need assistance in evaluating your current mortgage situation or if you have any mortgage, home loan, refinance, home equity, debt consolidation, reverse mortgage or foreclosure questions please visit www.LoanAgentsLive.com – The website is free for consumers and 100% chat based. It doesn't require your phone numbers or e-mail address for free live advice from licensed mortgage companies and home loan consultants nationwide.

Online Identity Theft

Some Mortgage Web-Sites are Reckless with your Personal Information.

Hermosa Beach, CA – July 11, 2006 – Mortgage Consumers Beware! Think twice before filling out that on-line mortgage application offering multiple quotes from multiple lenders. You may get more than you asked for. In fact, many popular mortgage web-sites are nothing more than flashy fronts for lead generation companies. Lead companies who sell your personal information to others, sometimes to anyone who is willing to pay for it.

Submit an online application at the wrong mortgage website and BAM! – Your personal information is now in the hands of a company who makes their money by selling it. Obviously, the more times they sell your information the more money they make. It's a smart idea for them, but it's not so good for you. The calls immediately start coming in and sometimes seem like they'll never stop. I've done it and trust me, by about the tenth call on the first day you start seriously contemplating changing your phone number.

In some cases it gets even worse. Your personal information can be resold to hundreds of different companies over several years. It's like a virtual ongoing selling of your information from one company who uses it, then resells to another company who uses it, then resells it to another company and so forth. It can be an ongoing nightmare of phone calls and solicitations. Worse yet, reports of identity thefts are common among some of the less reputable lead generation web-sites requiring you to fill out an online application for "free" service & quotes.

An alternative does exist for mortgage consumers looking to shop rates or those who just have general questions about purchasing a home or refinancing. LAL Enterprises, Inc. offers mortgage consumers a Safe, Free & Live online "shopping mall" of real licensed mortgage companies and lenders in every state.

Consumers can visit the site at www.LoanAgentsLive.com anytime day or night for free live mortgage home loan & refinance consultations with any listed mortgage company they choose. The system is 100% chat based and doesn't require the consumer to fill out any online applications or download any software. Best of all, the consumer remains virtually anonymous, just providing their first name to be connected directly to a live licensed loan officer.

Aaron Quick, President of LAL Enterprises, Inc., stated, "We wanted to eliminate the potential for identify theft while still allowing consumers a choice of companies to work with and shop. It's a safe haven; a place where consumers can anonymously get live mortgage assistance directly from the source for free and without having to worry about their personal information floating all over cyberspace. It's great to offer consumers a free alternative to intrusive online applications and the devastating results of applying at the wrong website."
